No prior experience is required. All you need is a willingness to be present and open to the process. The facilitator will meet you exactly where you are.

This is retreat is supported by a husband and wife team, while he guides the sessions and the process, she offers care, encouragement, and presence in the background to ensure you feel safe and nurtured throughout your journey.

Periods of intentional silence are woven throughout the retreat. Silence helps cultivate stillness, grounding, and inner clarity. You can think of it as space to breathe, rest, and hear the voice of your own heart.
