For boys between 14 and 17 years

Initiating the Masculine Heart is a year-long journey. A sacred quest for men who long to understand the stages of the masculine soul, to honour them, to live within them, and to raise their sons through them.

This is an invitation to surrender yourself to God as you father your son into manhood. It is not a moment, but a process. And God is a God of process. You are invited to walk with Him, to set your intention, and then trust Him with the script.

More than a rite of passage, Initiating the Masculine Heart is a transformative journey. It calls you to lead your son into an epic story, one of many experiences, woven together, each building upon the last. The ultimate destination is home: to the heart of your Heavenly Father. Guiding your son toward that home is your highest mission.

Masculine Heart will give you a map for this terrain but the question remains: Are you willing to fight for your son’s heart and give it everything you’ve got?

  • This retreat is for fathers who desire to walk intentionally with God as they guide their sons into manhood. It is especially relevant for fathers of boys between the ages of 14 and 17, though enquiries from other ages are welcome.

  • You can expect a structured and transformative experience that explores the stages of the masculine soul. The retreat provides a spiritual map to help you understand, honor, and lead your son, while deepening your relationship with God and with your own masculine heart.

  • Boys typically cross the threshold into manhood between 14 and 17, but readiness is more about their openness to the journey and your willingness as a father to walk alongside them with patience and intention.
